These are placeholder terms for the Townwell MVP marketing site. A complete set of terms should be reviewed and approved before a public launch or commercial sale.

The marketing site describes Townwell at a high level and may invite prospective operators to request a demo. Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer relationship, guarantee market availability, or establish final pricing.

Any production agreement should define platform access, support, payment terms, acceptable use, data responsibilities, ownership, cancellation, and limitations of liability.
